Vacation / Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holiday’s

Visioneering believes in a healthy balance of work and life matters. As such, we encourage our associates to take time off to enjoy vacation, family time, to simply relax, as well as to attend to family matters and obligations.

Associates will accrue PTO leave time each pay period to be used universally for vacation, personal business, and any illness. Our associates enjoy 3 weeks of PTO during their first year of employment plus 8 paid holidays. After only 1 year of employment, PTO increases to 4 weeks per year, plus 8 paid holidays. Most companies require an employee to work a minimum of 5 years before receiving this level of PTO. At Visioneering, we believe in investing in our associates well-being through a generous paid time off benefit.
